Ohh . . . I know that position. That’s the position my friends found me in after a previous friend of ours ended his friendship with me like it was a break-up. That was the way I reacted when he sent back the ring I gave him when we met. That is the “everything is awful and I want to die” position. Lying on the ground, arm over eyes . . . yup. No doubt about it.

I just figured he was just dang tired of sitting in the truck all day. Then I read all the comments and realized I had missed the “angst” in the air, lol. I’m thinking Adrian needs the sugar…from both the icees and Carter!
I don’t know why, but Carter looks preeeetty darn attractive in that second panel. Hope Adrian can see that and let Carter cheer him up~

I had a dream about this comic last night, they accidentally ordered the same breakfast and got a prize for that, then I can’t really remember what happend but there were tanks and bombs and explosions ‘n shit. o_o

This is a perfect comic. And the art style is great, no matter if it changed or not. Absolutely perfect coloring too! I was wondering where this comic started out however? And did they have to buy this site? And if there are any suggestions on page sizes? I’m designing my own comic with a friend so if anyone could answer even some of it, it would be very helpful! Perfect story, perfect art, Bell and Hazel! Even better, I’m traveling to Canada soon, so maybe I’ll pick up on more of those Canadian jokes there!

I absolutely love the art style and colouring, the lovely pine trees are super cute and the bedroom they had their makeout session in was so well done. I’m so glad I found this. You put so much work into all these epic panels, I’m extremely grateful for that. And Carter is a peach. Adrian worries me though, he seems psychopathically untouched by Carter’s sweet gestured. The guy obviously cares. If someone carried and biked me home from a party I’d buy them snacks for the remainder of the school year.
The colors are so befitting of the mood and the surroundings. This story has so much potential and I’d love to see it through to the end. Rarely would any webcomic of this genre have such adorable art and a beautifully somber undertone in the plot. I’m just so glad to have stumbled upon it. I know I’m just as much a fan as the next person but I hope you don’t mind me writing up a fic or maybe throwing some fan art around. I believe it deserves it.
Gah, the nuclear waste freezies look so pretty! The style of the comic has really improved since I last read it.

I seriously love this comic. I’m from metro vancouver, and it’s really cool to have a story set around where I live; not many are. It’s almost disconcerting’cause I keep forgetting, then BAM familiar things, map of BC.
Anyway, the story’s really interesting, and I love the way it’s drawn. Awesome job!!!
